Everyone thinks i should not get forced but some how they get forced by family by management in office by Friends ..... did we ever think what to do or why it happen....
Why it happen cause we allow to do so.... we allow some one control you and we become a puppet of someone , this someone can be your own family and it can be your responsibility also.... Some time we don't want to fight so we say Yes to things or get agree on things which are going on... Sometime we know it not right we know it not true still giving happiness to someone we say yes to things that yes comes forcefully......
What we can do ....... Yes here it will be solution like..... Don't say yes immediate first think form both the side like if i say yes what will happen and if i say no what will happen .... if you want to say no don't say yes for the sake of saying yes if you want to say no say it but be clear .. might be your No will hurt someone but that hurt will be for some time or i can say less pain full than you get hurt by saying yes to things .... here we have to become little selfish and think and say YES or say NO.....
